What services do you offer?
In addition to the extensive collection of rental products we also offer a full range of production equipment including tenting, lighting, staging, dance floor, and draping. We also provide site surveys and support obtaining proper permitting for tenting.
How can I get a quote or place my order?
You have several options to get a quote or place an order. You may contact our office and talk to one of our event specialists. You may also contact us online through our online form or by adding items to the cart and submitting your form.
How far in advance should I place my order?
The best answer is as far in advance as possible. We have large quantities of our inventory items, but they do end up fully booked from time to time. We will make every effort to provide the items requested at the time the order is placed.
Does Amigo have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom is open by appointment only. You may contact our office to schedule a showroom visit or you may also schedule your appointment online.
Will Amigo deliver my rentals?
Amigo Event Rentals currently offers Delivery & Pick-up to Ventura, Santa Barbara and part of Los Angeles Counties. Standard delivery charge is for Monday – Saturday from 8am – 4:30pm. Specific delivery windows are available for an extra fee. After working hours or Sunday delivery and pick-ups are available for an additional cost. Please contact one of our event specialists for additional information.
Will Amigo set up my rentals?
Set up and strike-down services are available at an additional charge. These arrangements MUST be made prior to your delivery day to ensure sufficient time is built into our delivery schedule.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Amigo Event Rentals is open for Will Call pickup and return Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm. Our skilled and friendly staff will assist with loading and unloading your order at the time of pickup and drop off. Please be advised that not all equipment is available for pickup.

Amigo has been serving the following cities since 2000:
Ventura County: Oxnard, Port Hueneme Camarillo, Saticoy, Ojai, Oak View, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Piru, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park.
Santa Barbara County: Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Gaviota, Santa Ynez, Solvang, Buellton, Los Olivos, Lompoc, Los Alamos, Santa Maria.
Los Angeles County: Calabasas, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Hidden Hills, Westlake City, Tarzana, Encino, Santa Clarita, San Fernando, North Hills.
